After transitioning out of the military, she spent years in healthcare administration before moving into full-time veteran advocacy, eventually serving as a Veteran Service Officer where she personally guided thousands of veterans through the claims process and helped recover millions of dollars in earned VA benefits.
Pamela is a nationally accredited Veteran Service Officer, meaning her guidance is grounded in the same accreditation standards that govern who is legally authorized to represent veterans before the VA. Her work has been formally recognized with honors including the Four Chaplains Humanitarian Award, and she has been publicly commended for her contributions to the veteran community. She currently serves as the Veteran Service Officer for Pitkin County, Colorado, continuing the same standard of advocacy she built throughout her career in Texas.
